Paul Krugman Outlines Problems of the Lame Duck Economy

Paul Krugman, writing in the New York Times, has outlined the problems currently being faced during the "lame-duck" months of the incumbent Presidency.  This lame-duck period is eerily reminiscent of the 1932-33 dead period before FDR took the helm.  Read the story here.
