I'm making progress sorting through, deleting, and re-editing many of the tens of thousands of photos I dumped on my hard drive the past four years. I have no idea whether I have previously posted some of the reruns I am now posting, but I assume most of you haven't seen them anyway and I hope you like to see them again if you remember them.
Tiny Yellow Daffodils on February 22 2012
Finally, the tiny yellow daffodils by our front door have bloomed. Being eternally confused about the differences among daffodils, jonquils, narcissus, and other similar flowers, I asked Google to tell me the difference and Google (he, she, it) gave me the answers as shown in the "blog it" entry below. Obviously, hardly anyone knows the difference except perhaps professional horticulturists or certified jonquil and daffodil experts. The good news is that these welcome tiny yellow beauties signal more flowers yet to come so, finally, I will have something new to photograph!
