Another highly photogenic flower, which we considered a weed when they grew randomly along our ditchbanks on the farm where I grew up in northwest Wyoming. But it's almost impossible to take a bad picture of a bright yellow sunflower and it's hard not to smile even a little when you see one.
These photos of oxeye daisies are from just the third batch of photos I had taken in the two months after my vertigo episode. They were just recovered from the June 2014 photo archives so we have a jump on next summer and a nice reminder of what oxeyes looked like last June
